Title: Payroll / HR / HCM Software Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote
Salary: £40-55,000pa

A well-known global HCM provider is seeking to hire experienced Payroll, HR or HCM software Implementation Consultants due to rapid growth.

This role is completely remote!

Responsibilities include

  • Identifying clients payroll/HR software business requirements
  • Functional design
  • The integration and configuration of the payroll/HR solution
  • Work with client on the implementation of process design
  • Delivery of training and ongoing support to client
  • Lead on module project implementation

  
Skills required:

  • Previous Payroll & HR software implementation experience
  • Experience working for a Payroll / HR Software consultancy desirable

A leading, well established, Birmingham based organisation within financial services are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their fun, friendly and welcoming team!

Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Administration of medium to large sized multiple client payrolls.
  • Excellent client management and relationship building skills.
  • RTI Submissions and end of year processes.
  • Processing manual calculations, including salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Processing PAYE, pensions and statutory payments.
  • Processing BACS payments.
  • Proactively carry out payroll reconciliations. 

This role will suit an established Payroll Administrator with experience in pensions, statutory payments, payroll audit, end of year processes and reconciliations.
