Job Summary:
As a Global Payroll Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the transformation of our organization’s global payroll processes and systems. Key Duties:
- Lead the transformation of global payroll processes and systems, driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across multiple countries.
- Develop and execute a global payroll transformation strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather payroll requirements and define global payroll transformation initiatives.
- Assess current payroll processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices and streamlined workflows.
- Manage and coordinate global payroll system implementations, including vendor selection, project planning, and system configuration.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and statutory requirements in all countries of operation.

Qualifications:
