Payroll & Benefits Manager

A reputable financial services provider who continue to grow through acquisition are seeking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Manager for a sole role position.

Reporting to the HRD, the Payroll & Benefits Manager would be responsible for an in-house payroll for c 500 employees across multiple payrolls and full benefit administration. There is the potential for you to lead / involved in related projects including review of the suitability of the existing payroll system and implementation of an on-line benefits portal.

You will be the sole point of contact in relation to payroll within the company hence you should be a confident payroll professional with knowledge of stakeholder management, payroll/hr software implementation, benefits implementation and full year end processes. CIPP qualified applicant preferred but not essential.

In addition to a competitive basic salary there is a discretionary bonus scheme, 35 hour week and an excellent benefits package.
