An exciting and senior HRBP role working with a very well-known global Consultancy based in Central London.
Reporting to the HR Director for the EMEA regions.
This will be responsible for business partnering Managers and Stakeholders. This will be across all business lines in a high profile Global Consultancy.
This will be providing support and consultation on areas including ER, L&D, Payroll, Benefits and Recruitment.
Key Areas of Responsibility –
• HR Business Partnering –
Identify and Manage HR issues.
Leading regular meeting with senior stakeholders.
• Employee Relations
Act as the subject matter expert in relation to all employee relations.
• Payroll –
Supporting the EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager.
• HRIS –
Supporting the EMEA HRIS Manager.
• Learning & Development & Organisational Development
Delivery of the core HR training sessions to Senior Stakeholders across EMEA.
• Generalist Human Resources
Act as subject matter expert on all Maternity, Paternity and/or Adoption queries presented.
This is a senior level role with exceptional exposure to senior commercial leaders and stakeholders.
