EMEA Payroll Specialist

Title: EMEA Payroll Specialist
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: £60,000 bonus
A leading financial services organisation based in London has an urgent requirement for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join their function.
This role is a hybrid position and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week (Tues, Weds and Thurs).
This sole EMEA Payroll Specialist will be required to process complex payrolls, supporting the payroll preparation and distribution for countries mainly across EMEA and administer all EMEA employee benefit programs including terminations for benefits and pensions.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the vendor relationships and ensuring compliance in relation to the local legal regulatory requirements.
  • Checking monthly payroll changes and following up on irregularities.
  • Preparing the GL files monthly for financial reporting and responding to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
  • Managing new employee on-boarding process.
  • Supporting with benchmarking current benefit provisions.
  • Coordinating all ancillary benefits.
To be considered for this EMEA Payroll Specialist position applicants must have previous EMEA payroll processing experience, have a basic understanding of general financial tasks including understanding of balance sheet and budgeting, experience of administering benefits and must have excellent communication skills.
