Job Summary:
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relations matters within our organization. Key Duties:

- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee relations issues, gathering relevant information and conducting interviews as necessary.

- Mediate and facilitate discussions between employees and management to resolve conflicts and improve working relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies, procedures, and practices in alignment with employment laws and organizational values.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of conflict resolution techniques and mediation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees and management at all levels.
- Ability to conduct thorough and objective investigations, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to analyze employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases and prioritize work effectively.
