Global Payroll and HR Transition project moving entire payroll function from UK to Europe for a defined period.
JGA Recruitment were invited to recruit 10 HR and Payroll professionals with start dates just 3 weeks after being instructed to achieve client business objectives. All vacancies were passed to all recruitment consultancies on the preferred supplier list at the same time. All candidates had to be fully reference checked over 5 years, along with proof of eligibility to work in the UK. All payroll professionals were to work from a single location. The temporary payroll staff requirement included:
8 x HR Executives
2 x Payroll Executives
1 x HR Project Executive (Vacancy added during assignment)
All individuals started on a 2 month contract with possibility to extend contract with pay rates between £8 and £12 per hour.
