The temporary payroll staff requirement included:

The quality of candidate matching with client requirements was extremely strong, backed up by the impressive CV to interview and Interview to placement ratios. This was achieved in competition alongside a large preferred supplier list of competitor recruitment agencies that failed to supply any contractors of sufficient quality within timelines to meet the clearly defined exacting requirements and deadlines.

Steve Yardley, Director of Temporary & Contract Division at JGA Recruitment comments: “This temporary and contract assignment addressed a real business issue within tight timelines. This presented JGA with the ideal challenge to launch the new temporary and contract division against established competitor providers servicing inadequately. All starters were reference checked, met with stringent work experience requirements and were paid through JGA Recruitment contractor payroll services, removing significant administrative burdens and time consuming responsibilities.”
