Business Requirement
Steria won a significant business process outsourcing contract on behalf of a major conglomerate and had an immediate business requirement to build a fully operational payroll function capable of managing significant volumes immediately to manage client payroll requirements efficiently. The project was high profile inside and outside of the business and was an opportunity to establish the Steria reputation in international markets.
