Pricing varies depending on the size of the team and whether you are running it as a one-off or part of a wider programme. As a guide, it starts from around one thousand five hundred pounds for a full team diagnostic and debrief.
Is it only for leadership teams?
It works best with small to mid-sized teams where trust, energy and clarity are key to delivery. That often means leadership teams, but we have also used it successfully with project teams and departments.
Can we use this regularly?
Yes. A lot of clients run it every six or twelve months to track how changes are landing or to check in during times of pressure or transition.
Is this the same as an employee engagement survey?
Not at all. This is designed to assess how a team is actually functioning together — not how people feel about company benefits or general culture. It is focused, fast, and action-led.
