Payroll Officer – London – £28000 p.a Benefits & Bonus

Our city based client is seeking a Payroll Officer to be solely responsible for a small in-house payroll for c 100 employees. 

You will be responsible for the processing and administration of the payroll using Sage, benefits administration, generation of payroll reports, production of end of year documents, P11D submissions and dealing with general payroll queries. You will additionally provide support to the HR function.

This position requires someone who has a high level of accuracy, who is confident processing payroll without any support and has knowledge of year end processes. 

The company offers discretionary annual bonuses, 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays), Medical Insurance and Season Ticket Loans.

Previous experience within a bureau background is essential, must be a self motivated and enthusiastic individual who is wanting to expand their payroll career.

Global Payroll Manager

A leading organisation based in Reading has a requirement for a Global Payroll Manager to join their function to manage the payroll services team on a daily basis and also support payroll related projects.
  
This Global Payroll Manager will be taking responsibility for projects whilst monitoring progress against budget and training team members. Other responsibilities include acting as a major point of contact for the firm, implementing risk management and quality controls, identify new project and business opportunities, recruit, train and develop employees and support complex payroll implementations.
