A leading outsourcing organisation based in the UK has a requirement for a Payroll Consultant to join their client support services function in Reading.
  
The Payroll Consultant will be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of UK / expatriate payrolls / projects for clients based in the UK and internationally. Other responsibilities include, reviewing colleagues payrolls, preparation of payroll journals and dealing with payroll queries.

Interim Payroll Manager

Title: Interim Payroll Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £40,000 
Contract: 12 month FTC

  
A leading organisation in its field has an urgent requirement for an Interim Payroll Manager to join their organisation for a period of 12 months to cover maternity.
  
Working closely with HR, this sole Payroll Manager position requires candidates that are competent at working in their own capacity whilst providing key input and support to the HR team. Responsibilities include processing the monthly payroll accurately ensuring deadlines are met, updating payroll records and approving changes, producing reports and advising the business on Payroll and Compensation, balancing the payroll and accounts and resolving any payroll discrepancies and managing the benefit schemes.
  
To be considered for this Payroll Manager position, applicants must have experience of running a payroll from start to finish, be able to interact with other functions in the business and ideally have experience of using iTrent.

Interim Payroll Manager – Skills and Experience;

  • Experienced Payroll Management Professional (ideally CIPP qualified)
  • High volume, end to end payroll processing experience (£3k )
  • Experienced in managing a small team
  • MUST be able to travel to South West England every other week to meet with the team
