You will ideally have experience processing end to end Payroll for a chartered accountancy/have client Payroll experience.

On a daily basis…You will be processing a variety of weekly, fortnightly,weekly and monthly Payroll for a range of clients. You will also be responding to client inquiries efficiently. If you can work quickly and have a keen eye for detail than this could be the role for you! 

You will need to have a thorough approach as you will work out Payroll deductions, provide statements of wages and deductions and examine Payroll mistakes. 

As a Payroll Administrator you will process, statutory payments, sickness and holiday calculations. 

 If you have any the following you are highly desirable! 

  • Educated to A levels
  • CIPD qualfied 
  • Knowledge of Sage

A leading organisation based in Cornwall has an urgent requirement for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their organisation and manage the Compensation & Benefits programmes and support the business.
  
With 4 direct reports, this Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for all benefits and looking at new innovative ways to reward employees, manage the payroll function ensuring compliance with internal and statutory regulations, responsible for the annual compensation review process including bonus and be the point of contact for all third party reporting i.e. Gender Pay Gap reporting and National Statistics.
  
To be considered for this Compensation & Benefits Manage position, applicants must have the CIPD qualification, have previous experience of managing the C&B provision within a business and also have experience of running payrolls.
