This unique opportunity allows you to com in as a Payroll Administrator with no previous payroll experience. Within this job you will be ensuring all payroll data is accurate and that it is processed accurately and on time. You will be processing payroll for over 8000 employees as well as dealing with any payroll queries employees may have.

Senior Payroll Administrator – Key responsibilities

  • Processing end to end payroll.
  • Manage your own portfolio of complex clients.
  • Statutory payments – Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay. PAYE and National Insurance etc.
  • Processing of Year End procedures.
  • Provide 1st line support for payroll queries.
  • Liaise with HMRC when required.
  • Process Tax Code changes.
  • Manual calculations.

Senior Payroll Administrator – Qualifications: 

  • 2 years experience working in a busy payroll function.
  • Grade C and above at GCSE English & Maths.
  • CIPP qualified (desirable).
  • Ability to work on own initiative, working within a team and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.

Working with clients to understand their requirements and objectives, The Global Payroll Business Analyst will be documenting processes to identify gaps where technical solutions are required.

  • Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources.
