JGA are currently recruiting on behalf of a global logistics and payment business with near 4,000 staff and operations in over 100 countries.
The company are seeking the services of a HR Operations Manager to manage a large team of HR Administrators & Coordinators who are globally based to deliver both structure and strength to the overall HR Operations function.
This role requires strong people management, organisation and analytical skills. There is a particular focus on accuracy and attention to detail alongside an ability to constantly improve processes and procedures.
As the HR Operations Manger, you will lead on;
- Developing the employee process & experience through processes and programs.
- Developing and motivating your global team.
- Develop, drive and influence cross-functional relationships.
- Advocate for the employee across these teams to make their experience seamless.
- Global project work on the improvement of the employee experience.
