A professional and enthusiastic Payroll Administrator is required immediately to join a leading firm of chartered accountants.

This role is fully remote and will require no travel to the office!

As a Payroll Administrator you will have at least 1 years experience working in a Payroll environment.  During your time as a Payroll Specialist you will have also been exposed to pensions & RTI, absence, new starters, leavers, annual salary review and have picked up excellent Excel experience

Manual calculations, payroll legislation knowledge and excellent communication skills are required to be a successful Payroll Administrator in a challenging and rewarding environment.

A leading software consultancy is seeking to hire an experienced HR Systems Project Manager to join its expanding team.
  
This HR Systems Project Manager vacancy requires someone who has knowledge of the entire project lifecycle, stakeholder management, change management and budget control.

Experience working with project management methodologies (Prince 2, MS Project, Agile, Waterfall etc) would be beneficial as would experience with HR and/or payroll life-cycle processes.
  
Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project lifecycles from roadmaps and scoping to delivery for multiple clients
  • Managing timelines, project plans and budgets to ensure implementations are delivered on schedule.
  • Working with clients to help them to improve the HR or Payroll processes with improved technological solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing the roll-out of HR systems
  • Developing reports and management information.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Project and project management delivery methodologies.
  • Managing HR software implementation consultants to ensure best-in-class software delivery processes are followed and managed.
