We are recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity to join a leading business based in Cheshire for an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead a team of 4 to deliver EMEA payrolls to employees based in the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland.
  
This EMEA Payroll Manager role will take ownership for the day-to-day leadership of the payroll team as well as managing payroll-related projects and implementations, resolving all escalated payroll enquiries and managing SLA’s and performance in relation to global payroll vendors.
  
To be considered, you must be able to:

  • Demonstrate previous experience managing teams to deliver an EMEA payroll service.
  • Possess knowledge of various EMEA Payroll administration processes across multiple countries

  
The ability to speak a second language would also be advantageous (but is not essential).

EMEA Payroll Analyst

EMEA Payroll Analyst

The role of EMEA Payroll Analyst will ensure the accurate and efficient delivery of EMEA payroll services, manage vendor relationships, and answer EMEA payroll queries. 
You will be responsible for uploading payroll data, distributing across the payroll team and carrying out audits. 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the payroll is processed timely and accurately.
  • Implementing payroll process improvements.
  • Answering all EMEA payroll queries.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for time and attendance.
  • Working with Total Rewards to understand savings and benefits calculations. 
  • Working with the Outsourced Service Provider on payroll policies and processes.

About you:

  • Experience with end-to-end EMEA payroll processing. (Swiss experience preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office suite, including advanced Excel.
  • Experience using Workday and SAP
  • Experience working in a Shared Services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Payroll Accounting and related end to end processes.
