We are exclusively working with a globally recognised E-Commerce Group, based in the City.

Due to UK and global expansion they are looking to expand their team with an HR & Payroll Administrator covering UK HR and UK & US Payrolls.

• End-end UK payroll experience, ideally experience of US payroll also.
• Working alongside the Global HR team to assist with HR queries and questions.
• Prepare new starters/on boarding/ and ad hoc documentation.
• Support the recruitment with offer letters, contracts and reference letters.
• Supporting the wider HR function with audits and HR Projects

If you hold experience in E-commerce / online start-ups / retail this will be an advantage.

  • Support the Head of Reward to design and deliver a reward strategy across multiple internal groups.

  • Develop and implement frameworks and design for bonus incentives, salary reviews, benefits and share plans.
  • Manage the benefits programmes
  • Manage salary sacrifice, benefits, health and car plans.
  • Manage pension schemes.

Reward Partner – Experience Required:

  • In depth knowledge and expertise of Total Rewards
  • Experience of developing Executive Reward Strategies.
  • Experience of M&A and company restructures.
  • Experience of working in a large fast paced group with multiple internal companies.

A leading organisation based in London has an urgent requirement for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist with knowledge of to join their HR function.

This Payroll & Benefits Specialist position requires applicants who have experience of running a payroll a from start to finish using ADP.

Key Requirements –

  • Excellent current technical UK payroll knowledge.
  • Ability to manually calculate payrolls and demonstrate awareness of tax codes.
  • Experience of monthly payroll, pensions and benefits reporting.
  • Manage the administration for UK employee benefits
  • Exceptional communication and experience of liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of dealing with third party providers for – Payroll, Benefits and Pensions.

Employee Relations Specialist 

Working for a Global Professional Serviced Group based in the City.

This is a pure ER role working directly with the Global ER Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Case manage end to end grievances, conduct and performance management cases.
• Lead workplace investigations in collaboration with the Internal Investigations team.
• Provide expert advice on change management proposals.
• Partner with the HRBP teams to provide expert advice on absenteeism issues
• Collaborate with the Global ER Manager to develop strategic solutions
• Support the improvement of existing policies and procedures around ER case management.

Key Requirements:

• In depth experience of employee relations within an International Function.
• Strong communication skills including exceptional written skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen
• Working knowledge of EMEA wide employment legislation

Payroll Implementation Consultant

Payroll Implementation Consultant – 100% Home Based – £35k – £45k Bonus

A highly successful global payroll software company are seeking to hire a Payroll Implementation Consultant with previous experience in payroll and particularly in payroll bureau processes. 

You will be responsible for providing payroll implementation services, systems training, creation of process documentation, development of testing scenarios and providing sales support when required.

Applicants must have previous knowledge of the implementation of cloud based payroll systems, preferably for a payroll software provider, with a knowledge of Auto Enrolment. Experience of either Trello or Slack would be advantageous.

  • NetSuite experience (Essential)
  • Degree qualified or a demonstrable working background in a support analyst role
  • Experience in a FMCG, Retai, or F&B business environment (Preferred)
  • Multi-site business experience in multiple countries
  • Currently working towards a NetSuite certification is highly desirable (Not essential)
