This is a sole (job share) Payroll Manager position which requires you to be in the office at least 1 day a week. There is lots of flexibility and the organisation is happy to offer this role on 3 or 4 days a week.
  
This Payroll Manager position will be responsible for the monthly payroll from start to finish. ADP iHCM is currently being implemented and part of this role will be to ensure the firm is using the system to its full potential and support the ongoing project to integrate it. Therefore, experience of ADP iHCM is essential.

A leading financial services organisation based in London has an urgent requirement for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join their function.
  
This role is a hybrid position and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week (Tues, Weds and Thurs).
  
This sole EMEA Payroll Specialist will be required to process complex payrolls, supporting the payroll preparation and distribution for countries mainly across EMEA and administer all EMEA employee benefit programs including terminations for benefits and pensions.
  
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the vendor relationships and ensuring compliance in relation to the local legal regulatory requirements.
  • Checking monthly payroll changes and following up on irregularities.
  • Preparing the GL files monthly for financial reporting and responding to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
  • Managing new employee on-boarding process.
  • Supporting with benchmarking current benefit provisions.
  • Coordinating all ancillary benefits.
