Working for a global engineering group, this is a new role developing the UK HR Function. Seeking candidates from a similar, manufacturing or engineering background, ideally with some experience of implementing health and safety programmes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR Advisory services effectively across the UK Management Team.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices in HR procedures throughout the UK workforce.
  • Take charge of recruitment and on-boarding procedures, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to address employee needs.
  • Lead initiatives related to change management within the HR domain.
  • Maintain and oversee safety-related programs for the organization’s well-being and compliance.
