Job Description

  • Ensure the payroll is processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Process leavers, holiday pay, sick pay and statutory payments.
  • Answer payroll queries.
  • Process any out of cycle payments 
  • Any other ad-hoc payroll duties as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable
  • High-volume Payroll Knowledge

Payroll Administrator

job title: Payroll Assistant 
Salary: £20,000 – £28,000 – Salary is reflective of experience 
Location: Northampton 

This role is purely office based. 

An exciting organisation are recruiting rapidly for a high volume of payroll administrators to assist in completing end to payroll. There has never been a more exciting time to join this busy payroll team!! 

This team is full of friendly welcoming faces who love being in the office, socialising with colleagues and completing their payrolls.

A training programme is provided so any payroller will be considered! 

This includes 

  • manual calculations 
  • pensions 
  • Timesheets 
  • Completing weekly/monthly payrolls to a deadline 
  • Answering payroll queries. 

Please note: Applicants must have at least up to one years experience processing payroll and be okay getting to the office every day.

We are delighted to be supporting a fantastic HR consultancy to recruit a new HR Consultant to join its rapidly growing business.

Working in a client-focused role, this position will be focused on handling HR enquiries and supporting clients through a range of HR challenges that can change in nature and complexity every single day!

The successful HR Consultant will deliver a full range of HR services to clients and these will range from consultation, development and implementation of systems to training, producing high-quality documents and providing advice.

Work may include delivering Annual ‘People Plans’ one moment to designing training that delivers impactful results for clients the next.

So, if you have a love for HR and Training and can demonstrate at least 3 years of HR experience, coupled with the CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification then we want to hear from you!

An ability to write, develop and critically assess policies, manage complex ER cases and support strategic HR projects, including restructures, redundancies and TUPE is also required.

This Payroll Manager opportunity will be responsible for supervising and training payroll team members to support the delivery of a first-class, high-volume payroll service
