Title: Rewards Senior Specialist
Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £42-55k

    
The Reward senior specialist provides support in the design, development and implementation of reward programs, policies, and procedures across EMEA regions.
Responsibilities:
  
Determine Reward issues, supporting management in creating and delivering solutions.
Monitor existing compensation policies and procedures, revising and updating where necessary.
Ensuring that rewards programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective. 
Advanced use of Excel.
Design and evaluate executive pay structures and bonus structures.
Responsible for maintaining and calculating the Executive Bonus schemes across EMEA regions.
Manage the Executive Salary review process.
Conducting job analysis, job evaluations and compensation reviews.

Associate Director, Executive Compensation

Salary: £70,000 to £110,000 bonus and flex benefits
Location: Midlands (home-based contract).

A globally recognised, highly successful top-tier firm of management consultants is seeking to recruit an experienced consultancy, specialising in professional services are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Executive Compensation.

For the successful Associate Director, Executive Compensation, responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility for providing advice to clients on a variety of Reward matters including REMCO strategy and Board & Executive pay
  • Taking ownership for designing and implementing client-based compensation strategies.
  • Managing investor relations, including liaison with institutional investors
  • Winning, developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Designing executive pay strategies – linking pay to corporate performance Designing measuring incentive plans and modelling performance outcomes that can enhance HR transformation projects on a global scale.

Other requirements will include advising on the implementation of cash and equity-based incentive plans, including tax, accounting and funding considerations, drafting Directors’ Remuneration Reports and preparing and reviewing remuneration committee papers.  

So, if you have proven experience in the area of executive compensation, including experience of playing a leading role in serving FTSE Main Market and AIM companies coupled with deep technical skills in executive remuneration issues to be able to deliver client services that exceed client expectations then we want to hear from you!

Benefits Administrator

This leading Global Investment Bank are seeking a benefits administrator to join the Global Benefits and HR Team.

Key Duties –

  • Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders for benefits queries.
  • Benefits administration – on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Supervision of pensions auto-enrolment.
  • Managing the benefits enrolment.
  • Liaising with benefit intermediaries and vendors.
  • Work with the payroll team to ensure accurate processing of benefits
  • Reconciling and processing benefit invoices.

  
Key Requirements –

  • Ideally previous benefits Administration experience or similar HR/Payroll experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience of Workday is desirable.
  • Experience of Financial Services processes is desirable.
