Title: Compensation & Benefits Manager
Salary: £55,000

A leading organisation based in Cornwall has an urgent requirement for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their organisation and manage the Compensation & Benefits programmes and support the business.
  
With 4 direct reports, this Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for all benefits and looking at new innovative ways to reward employees, manage the payroll function ensuring compliance with internal and statutory regulations, responsible for the annual compensation review process including bonus and be the point of contact for all third party reporting i.e. Gender Pay Gap reporting and National Statistics.
  
To be considered for this Compensation & Benefits Manage position, applicants must have the CIPD qualification, have previous experience of managing the C&B provision within a business and also have experience of running payrolls.

Payroll Professional

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced payroll professional to join a Fun, Dynamic and vibrant company.
 
Must have at least 2 years payroll experience
End-end payroll
Able to process SSP, SMP, SPP ect
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Must have a good technical understanding of payroll legislation
Previous experience with Education payroll would be beneficial
Previous experience using a number of payroll systems desirable.
