Working on an outsourced payroll for around 1000 employees. 

Initially offered as a 12 month contract the role offers flexible working, a whole set of amazing well being initiatives and benefits, great bonus and an amazing team to work with. 

The role will require a candidate who is confident being the sole point of contact for all payroll queries and related administration.

Candidates will be confident liaising with senior stakeholders and 3rd party providers.

Excellent technical payroll and systems knowledge is essential. Intermediate to advanced Excel  knowledge.

JGA are currently recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing business who seek the services of a Payroll & Benefits Specialist with iTrent knowledge for an exciting opportunity to manage a 1,000 payroll function and manage the iTrent software delivering both structure and strength to the overall payroll operation.

The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will report into the HR Operations Manager and is responsible for processing and managing 5 payrolls (end to end) and developing a strong working relationship with the 3rd party provider. 

Payroll & Benefits Specialist (iTrent) – Requirements; 

  • You must have strong working knowledge and experience with the iTrent software. 
  • Sound working knowledge of UK, PAYE payroll and managing a high-volume, monthly payroll.
  • Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function. 
  • Ensuring Payroll Compliance.
  • Comfortable manually calculating pay where necessary and an able user of Excel. 
  • A payroll qualification is preferred but my not essential.

James Gray Associates are currently looking for a HR Operations Manager to join a growing public sector establishment in Hertfordshire.

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of 3. You will be the main point of contact for the Central team ensuring the engagement and development of internal staff in upheld.

You will be experienced reporting and delivering key HR Metrics, handling sensitive data and leading on HR projects. Handling the company’s compliance, you will be proficient on the UK employment law, policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a degree/qualification in Human Resources, Ideally CIPD Level 5/7 qualified and hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational role.
