As HR Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for optimising the employee and customer experience by utilising HR data insights to develop data-driven approaches to improve the customer journey.

Working within the HRIS Team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining a suite of iTrent reports and self-service dashboards to create insights and analytics that help improve HR services.

The ability to manipulate data and produce reports in iTrent and Business Objects is essential.
