An Global Fin-Tech business based in London City have a requirement for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team and take responsibility for the full candidate sourcing piece. 
  
This Talent Acquisition position requires applicants who have experience in the fin-tech industry focusing purley on candidate sourcing and network development.

  • Responsible for managing the hard to fill techinical pieces across the UK & US – Technical consultants, solution consultants, functional consultants, test engineers, full stack developers and implementation consultants.

This is a Home Based position, with 1 or 2 days based in the office located in London City.
  
To be considered for this role you must proven experience managing high level candidate resourcing , have previous experience working in the Fin-Tech sector and have had hands on experience managing technical IT & Finance roles.

  • Reporting into the HRD you will be managing conflict situations and assisting with ER issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, staff capability and redundancy matters.
  • Assist with performance management across the business such as improvement plans, probations and appraisals.
