A manufacturing company are looking for a HR Manager to provide a good HR Service to an organisation.

This will be in a fast paced environment and a great way opportunity for a dedicated HR professional. 

You will be responsible for: 

  • improving metrics such as employee turnover, grievance and disciplinary ratios. 
  • Data cleanliness
  • Improvements to HR processes 

You will have experience of the following:  

  • Complex ER cases 
  • Casework 
  • HR/Payroll databases 
  • system implementations 
  • Develop HR policies

JGA are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful, global business who seek the services of a People HR Services Manager for an exciting opportunity to manage a global people operations, benefits and payroll function alongside a small team of administration staff, delivering both structure and strength to the overall people operation.

You will be responsible for ensuring a the seamless day to day running of the HR, Benefits and Payroll operation for c.600 staff. 

People HR Services Manager – Responsibilities: 

  • Management of people operations. 
  • Supporting the Payroll & Benefits Specialist in the processing of reward & benefits. 
  • Implementation of a new HR software. 
  • Manage 3rd party vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
