  • Title: Senior HR Transformation Consultant
  • Location: London (Remote, with occasional travel into London)
    Salary: £60-£70k
    Contract: Permanent

    A globally recognised, highly successful consultancy, specialising in professional services are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong interest in change management, digital transformation, and workforce analytics. The role of Senior HR Transformation Consultant will suit someone with a passion for solving people-related business challenges, who is looking for rapid career progression in HR within the professional services.

    
Responsibilities:
  

  • Leading and supporting strategic workforce change
  • Understanding and analysing complex workforce problems, and delivering practical, sustainable solutions
  • Managing digital HR transformation
  • Implementation and development of L&D strategies
  • Acting as an industry specialist, to identify key behaviours and drive organisational success.

  
Key Skills/Experience:
  

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent), degree-level certifications in psychometrics or occupational psychology
  • A proven track record in managing complex and high-profile engagements, combining core consulting skills and communication skills to deliver future capability programmes.
  • Experience in stakeholder and client management and engagement.
  • Experience in implementing and enhancing HR transformation projects on a global scale.

HR Consultant (Client Facing)

HR Consultant – Full Time
Salary: to £35,000
Location: Northamptonshire
Hours: Will Consider Full Time OR Part Time Applications
Essential Qualification: CIPD Level 5

We are delighted to be supporting a fantastic HR consultancy to recruit a new HR Consultant to join its rapidly growing business.

Working in a client-focused role, this position will be focused on handling HR enquiries and supporting clients through a range of HR challenges that can change in nature and complexity every single day!

The successful HR Consultant will deliver a full range of HR services to clients and these will range from consultation, development and implementation of systems to training, producing high-quality documents and providing advice.

Work may include delivering Annual ‘People Plans’ one moment to designing training that delivers impactful results for clients the next.

So, if you have a love for HR and Training and can demonstrate at least 3 years of HR experience, coupled with the CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification then we want to hear from you!

An ability to write, develop and critically assess policies, manage complex ER cases and support strategic HR projects, including restructures, redundancies and TUPE is also required.
