The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the operational delivery of the end-to-end payroll service, including leading a payroll team.

Responsibilities:
  

  • Manage the full payroll function, including payroll projects.
  • Manage multiple high volume payrolls, across multiple pay dates, ensuring accuracy within all workloads.
  • Lead a successful and continually developing team of payroll professionals.
  • Manage the payroll audit process.
  • Design, develop and deliver on payroll procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with payroll vendors.
  • Ensure legal compliance across the function.

This role is a hybrid position and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week (Tues, Weds and Thurs).
  
This sole EMEA Payroll Specialist will be required to process complex payrolls, supporting the payroll preparation and distribution for countries mainly across EMEA and administer all EMEA employee benefit programs including terminations for benefits and pensions.
  
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the vendor relationships and ensuring compliance in relation to the local legal regulatory requirements.
  • Checking monthly payroll changes and following up on irregularities.
  • Preparing the GL files monthly for financial reporting and responding to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
  • Managing new employee on-boarding process.
  • Supporting with benchmarking current benefit provisions.
  • Coordinating all ancillary benefits.
