James Gray Associates are looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our client at their growing office based in London.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a standalone position. You will be providing effective and efficient support to the HR department, conducting annual salary reviews, maintaining and updating records and assisting with the biannual appraisals.
You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, with extensive experience acting as a main point of contact to provide support at all levels.
The ideal candidate with have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a HR environment and the CIPD qualification. Ideally you will have a good working knowledge from a legal background and a flexible, can-do approach.
