A rapidly growing SaaS company are looking to recruit a 1st class Software Support Engineer to join their UK team.You will help us help our customers by providing them with a world class customer support experience.
Software Support Engineer - Key responsibilities
- You will work closely with customer success to address customersqueries regarding technical issues
- Building and improving existing support tools and processes
- You will take responsibility for the code that you write over the entire software development life cycle
- You have a 2 years' experience in software engineering or technical support
- You have strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills;
- Ideally have experience in programming languages Go and Node.js
