Location: Reading with some home working
A leading payroll outsourcing organisation based in Reading has an urgent requirement for a Service Delivery Manager to join the business.
This is the an office based position with some home working available.
Acting as the first point of escalation, the Service Delivery Manager will be required to have an understanding of client’s objectives to be able to advise and manage global solution for clients. This will include drafting specifications, providing advice on local legislations and configuring the platform to tailor for each client’s needs. You will be the first point of contact for escalation and will be required to identify and solve issue and drive resolutions.
- Managing ongoing global payroll projects
- Work with onsite and offshore team to deliver projects
- Ensuring the parallel testing phases are documented and agreed with clients
- Supporting payroll and pre-sales activities
- Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Leading the requirements workshops with clients
To be considered for this Service Delivery Manager position, applicants must have extensive payroll experience including Service Delivery of new payrolls, have experience of leading a team and must have experience of payroll projects.
If you possess the CIPP qualification and or the Prince2 qualification, this will be highly advantageous.
