JGA are currently partnered with a leading UK based software business who seek the services of a Senior Sales Manager to manage a large team of Business Development Managers delivering sales and growth to a key business vertical.
As the Senior Sales Manager you will not be carrying a personal quota, instead you will be responsible for a team target and helping your Business Development Managers win new business and guiding them through large, complex sales processes.

- Strong coaching skills of senior sales professionals.
