Reporting into the Reward Manager, a Senior Payroll & Benefits specialist is sought working for a leading professional services group based in the City.
The day to day duties are broad but predominantly cover;
- Managing the full process for a monthly payroll for circa 500 employees.
- Working in a busy HR function supporting all aspects of the payroll process.
- Day to day monthly payroll from start to finish including starters, leavers SSP, SMP, SPP.
- Manual calculations, month and year end processing and reporting
- Managing employee benefits including flexible benefits.
- Liaising with third party benefit and pensions providers.
- Identifying areas for process improvements
