Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist - £50000 Bonus & Benefits - City

Reporting into the Reward Manager, a Senior Payroll & Benefits specialist is sought working for a leading professional services group based in the City.

The day to day duties are broad but predominantly cover;
  • Managing the full process for a monthly payroll for circa 500 employees.
  • Working in a busy HR function supporting all aspects of the payroll process.
  • Day to day monthly payroll from start to finish including starters, leavers SSP, SMP, SPP.
  • Manual calculations, month and year end processing and reporting
  • Managing employee benefits including flexible benefits.
  • Liaising with third party benefit and pensions providers.
  • Identifying areas for process improvements
The company are ideally seeking someone with a similar professional background working within either a sole or supervisory payroll capacity. CIPP qualification would be highly desirable.
