This role requires extensive HR Operations knowledge, experience in global HR and transformation projects and experience of growth strategies.

- CIPD Level 7 or working towards
- Prince2 or Agile preferred
- 5 years as a HR Business Partner
- Experience managing a small team
- Proven track record in leading the above elements for results in a complex organisation
- Business acumen
- Strong project management skills
