Working for a global HCM SaaS Solution provider this role will be overseeing and developing the sales function.
Responsible for setting the long term sales plan and targets, recruiting and developing the team to launch a brand new product into the UK and eventually International market.
Working alongside the senior Executive team to set targets and budgets.
Huge earnings potential in addition to a highly competitive base package.
This is a brand new product developed by an already established organisation with an established global client base.
• Implementing marketing strategies in conjunction with the marketing team.
• Establish sales objectives and developing annual sales.
• Projecting sales volume and profits.
• Manage and coach the sales force to develop sales targets and KPI’s are met.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs.
• Proven success in a technical systems sales management role.
• Experience of developing and ideally setting up high functioning sales teams.
• Experience of SaaS systems sales, ideally within the HCM market.
• Desire to grow and develop an international sales function.
