Reward Partner

Working for a leading commercial services group based in Central London this is an initial 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities -
  • Support the Head of Reward to design and deliver a reward strategy across multiple internal groups.
  • Partner and build relations across multiple groups and with Key Stakeholders.
  • Manage and deliver the annual reward cycle.
  • Develop and implement frameworks and design for bonus incentives, salary reviews, benefits and share plans.
  • Manage the benefits programmes
  • Manage salary sacrifice, benefits, health and car plans.
  • Manage pension schemes.
Experience Required –
  • In depth knowledge and expertise of Total Rewards
  • Experience of developing Executive Reward Strategies.
  • Experience of M&A and company restructures.
  • Experience of working in a large fast paced group with multiple internal companies.
