JGA Recruitment have partnered with an highly successful and ethical commercial services group based in Central London who seek the services of a Reward Partner to join their team on an initial 12 month contract which may be extended or made permanent.

Reward Partner - Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Reward to design and deliver a reward strategy across multiple internal groups.
- Partner and build relations across multiple groups and with stakeholders.
- Manage and deliver the annual reward cycle.
- Develop and implement frameworks and design for bonus incentives, salary reviews, benefits and share plans.
- Manage the benefits programmes
- Manage salary sacrifice, benefits, health and car plans.
- Manage pension schemes.
- In depth knowledge and expertise of Total Rewards
- Experience of developing Executive Reward Strategies.
- Experience of M&A and company restructures.
- Experience of working in a large fast paced group with multiple internal companies.
