An award winning, Global real estate business are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll & Mobility Manager in Central London, to join their growing team.
Managing the global placements, you will build a strong report with the vendors to ensure a smooth relocation process, inclusive of global tax laws, visa’s, salary agreements and benefits.
You will be responsible for overseeing the outsourced UK payroll as well as planning and presenting the monthly business strategies and budgets to senior managers/stakeholders.
Directly managing 1 HR Coordinator, you will have experience in SME Businesses supporting managers on performance management reviews, disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies.
The successful candidate will have over 5 years’ experience in Global Mobility and confident with UK payrolls.
