A new position has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist with reconciliations or accounts experience in Knightsbridge, London

This is a position that will involve processing all aspects of a busy payroll from start to finish.  Working alongside an experienced payroll manager responsibilities will include:
  • Processing Starters, leavers, tax code changes and manual payments.
  • Calculating and processing SMP/SPP/SPL etc.
  • Supporting year-end procedures, including P60s and P11Ds.
  • Complete monthly journals and payroll ledger reconciliations  
  • Submit EPS summaries
  • Handle Expenses & Foreign Currency orders, payments and claims
  • Ordering and distributing petty cash and foreign currency.
  • Maintaining the daily cash balances spreadsheets.
  • Handling with expenses queries.
