A new position has arisen for an experienced Payroll Specialist with reconciliations or accounts experience in Knightsbridge, London
This is a position that will involve processing all aspects of a busy payroll from start to finish. Working alongside an experienced payroll manager responsibilities will include:
- Processing Starters, leavers, tax code changes and manual payments.
- Calculating and processing SMP/SPP/SPL etc.
- Supporting year-end procedures, including P60s and P11Ds.
- Complete monthly journals and payroll ledger reconciliations
- Submit EPS summaries
- Handle Expenses & Foreign Currency orders, payments and claims
- Ordering and distributing petty cash and foreign currency.
- Maintaining the daily cash balances spreadsheets.
- Handling with expenses queries.
