Marketing Manager (retention and loyalty)

Our client is a household name and everyone has shopped there at least once in their life. They're almost a £2 billion business that has successfully sold products globally for many years. 

What your role looks like:
You will be managing strategic delivery of customer retention to deliver commercial sales targets and you will be presenting customer segmentation analysis, profiling and reporting to inform divisional segmentation and future personalisation plans. They're looking for you to drive strategic retention activities development and commercial growth to deliver sales for the European e-commerce channel. You will have a passion for leading teams and getting results as you will be responsible for managing teams covering our email/display channels and data insights.
