- Implement a talent acquisition strategy to attract top graduates, student and apprentices.
- End to end recruitment process.
- Manage relationships with educational establishments.
- Onboarding and development programmes
- Manage a team of talent coordinators.
- Must have experience with Emerging Talent, graduate recruitment and apprenticeships in a law firm or legal environments.
- Design, development and delivery skills when it comes to talent acquisition and progression programmes.
- ED&I expertise and experience
- HRIS system knowledge.
