Reporting into the People Manager this is a vacancy for a Junior Payroll & Benefits Analyst to work for a global leisure business. You will be responsible for a monthly UK & EMEA payroll (600 employees) which is outsourced and for generating Workday and Excel reports related to reward and compensation aspects such as gender pay gap for example. You will be involved in other HR related duties such as on-boarding, compensation set-up and benefits administration.
The client is seeking a Payroll Administrator with experience of benefits administration who may describe themselves as a bit "geeky" when it comes to Excel and reports. You should be comfortable with V-Lookup & Pivot Tables with a genuine desire to progress. The successful candidate will be trained in EMEA payroll and the Workday software.
