A leading organisation based in Hampshire has a requirement for an International Benefits Manager to join their HR function.

The International Benefits Manager will be responsible for playing a role in global and regional projects and deploying the global well-being strategy within the EMEA region by enhancing the current programs and supporting the well-being team. Other responsibilities include conducting regular benefit plan benchmarking and reviews, establishing programs to support the EMEA well-being teams and providing guidance for all benefit and pension matters and solve complex issues.
To be considered for this International Benefits Manager position, applicants must have proven skills in the design and implementation of international benefit and well-being strategies and have experience of designing, deploying and maintaining benefit programs across the EMEA region.
