Contract: 12 month maternity cover
A leading retailer is urgently recruiting for an Interim Reward Manager to join their business for an immediate start to cover maternity for a period of 12 months.
**This is a fully remote position therefore you can be based anywhere in the UK**
With huge growths plans on this horizon, this Reward Manager will be responsible for reviewing, designing and implementing a new reward model for the retail operation. This exciting project requires a Reward Manager with experience of working on a similar project and with proven experience of delivering commission/sales based reward strategies. Other responsibilities include, running focus groups to test potential benefit and reward options, review and develop the current employee benefits offering, develop and implement the head office grading structure and harmonising the benefits arrangement.
To be considered for this Interim Payroll Manager position, applicants must have a good understanding of salary benchmarking and job classification, the ability to present at senior/board level and have excellent communication skills.
