This is an exciting HRIS & Reward Manager opportunity working for an Internationally recognised luxury retail brand in London.
  
We are seeking to source a dynamic HRIS & Reward Manager with retail sector experience who has both a thorough understanding of compensation & benefits practices and the Workday System.

Responsibilities: 
  • Managing the rollout of Workday implementation (phase 3) which is the comp and bens module (building dashboards etc)
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and Partnering with HRBP’s
  • Job Gradings and Annual Salary reviews
  • Designing commission and bonus schemes
  • Supporting UK & EMEA retail operations
  • Designing Compensation Packages
  • Managing budgets
