This is a minimum 6 month contract working for a global consultancy with a remit to review and consultant on their current Employee offering for an Internal Recruitment & Talent division.

• Reviewing the In house Recruitment Teams employee offering.
• Delivering Talent Reviews
• Delivering Salary Reviews
• Working with the Senior Partner Team to recommended and implement new employee engagement programmes.
• Review talent acquisition and retention.
• Review and implement talent succession programmes.
• Experience of HR Partnering in an in-house recruitment function.
• Experience of RPO models.
• Experience of Talent Reviews.
• Experience of Salary Reviews and benchmarking.
• Experience of Reward offerings within a Recruitment or Sales Environment.
• Ability and experience of working within a commercial fast paced environment.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a rapidly changing project environment.
