HR Secretary – Personal Assistant– Kent - £19K  

James Gray Associates are looking for a personal assistant to join a leading professional service provider at their growing office based in Kent.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy environment providing effective support to the HR department. You will be responsible for the diary management and co-ordination of meetings, agenda’s and note/minute taking.
You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written, with extensive experience proofreading and editing documents.
The successful candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated individual whom enjoys working in fast paced environments.
