HR Operations Manager

HR Manager – EMEA - £70k

London – Hybrid

Working for a leading and exceptionally well-respected global consultancy this is an operational HR Management role.

Leading a team of 4 HR advisors and managing to the HR Administration duties across the groups EMEA teams.

Responsibilities –
  • Managing the end-to-end cycle of HR Administrative duties.
  • Management of the EMEA HR Shared Services communications and HR administration.
  • Managing HR induction processes and implementing improvements across the EMEA HR shared services.
  • Managing the administration of annual salary reviews and bonus renewals.
  • Manage and act as the subject matter expert for employee benefits.
  • Oversee the EMEA payroll in relation to all HR queries.
  
Experience –
  • Experience in an HR Operations role, working at a Senior Advisory or Team Leader level.
  • Experience of managing and developing a small HR Team.
  • Experience of working in an EMEA HR Administrative function.
