The HR Manager will be providing a full generalist HR service across the business. Responsible for a large HR team, you will be required to have experience in employee relations as-well as compensation and benefits. You will be conducting and investigating complex disciplinaries, grievances and absence across the function.
The successful HR Manager will come from a retail background and be proficient dealing with large headcounts. You will enjoy getting stuck into succession planning and talent management as well as providing guidance on the benefit packages for employees. Payroll experience and knowledge is desirable.
