James Gray Associates are currently looking for a Standalone HR Manager to join a leading film management provider at their offices in southwest London.
The role will involve implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, strategic HR projects and business goals. You will be responsible for the full recruitment process including of job descriptions/ interviews and new starters/leavers.
You will be liaising with staff at all levels across a number of sites internationally to work on reward strategies, therefore communication is a key part of this position.
You will be the first point of contact for all HR related matters along side change management processes, talent & success planning and learning & development.
The successful candidate will have experience working in production ‘TV/Film/Video’ and have a strong generalist HR employment background.
