A leading organisation based in West London has a requirement for an HR Manager to join their business.
This HR Manager position will be required to carry out a full HR service. Supported by an HR Administrator and a Payroll Adminisrtrator, you will be required to manage high volume complex ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, dispute resolution and absence. Other responsibilities include, managing the HR function and implementing process improvements, advising managers on employment matters and sharing best practice, developing HR policies and procedures, providing first line advice to staff, supporting the managers to recruit the best talent and participate in the implementation of specific projects.
To be considered for this HR Manager position, applicants, must be CIPD qualified, have a minimum of 5 years HR management experience and have experience of managing a full ER cases from start to finish without support.
