- Overseeing and managing the HR and Recruitment functions from your location
- Working alongside the rest of the HR team to ensure policies and processes are aligned
- Supporting and coaching the management team
- HR lead on employee relations
- CIPD qualified is highly desirable
- Experience in the hospitality sector is also highly desirable
