HR Manager - Key Responsibilities: 
  • Management of the businesses HR advisory function.
  • Implementation of localised HR Strategies to ensure that HR is fully integrated. 
  • Advise all employees on HR procedures, practices & polices.
  • Adopting a key role in the company’s recruitment, on boarding & resourcing activities.
  • Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle for all staff including recruitment, maternity & paternity, shared parental leave, flexible working, performance issues, exits and promotions.
  • Generalist systems support & administration.
HR Manager - Skills (Essential): 
  • CIPD qualified. 
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work with initiative, energy and enthusiasm. 
  • Can do attitude.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
