HR Consultant – Compensation & Benefits

Working for a leading financial services consultancy. This role will be providing HR and Reward expertise to their client base.

Key Duties -

• Develop relationships with clients, evaluate business needs, and undertaking relevant projects
• Providing a professional HR advisory service to clients, specifically within the Reward specialism.
• Drafting appropriate documents and/or correspondence for clients
• Researching HR related solutions for clients
• Delivery and facilitation of HR training for clients.

Experience -

• Ideally a degree in HR Management or CIPD or equivalent work experience
• Experience of project environments.
• Excellent HR technical knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent inter-personal skills with previous client facing experience being highly desirable.
• Specialism in Reward (Compensation and Benefits)
• Ideally previous experience of working in consultancy
