A newly created HRBP role working for an exciting Global Technology Group, working with leading professional services clients.
Reporting into the VP of people. Working with senior Stakeholders across the business, globally.
Working with the specific business units – Professional Services, IT, Product and Marketing.

- Partner Senior Stakeholders on a variety of HR Strategic Projects.
- Taking the lead on coaching, talent, retention training and skills analysis strategies.
- Lead on performance management strategies and projects.
- Developing engagement initiatives, working with compensation and reward teams.
- Supporting teams on Mergers and Acquisitions.
