Reporting to the Director, this HRBP EMEA vacancy will take responsibility for the delivery of a full range of generalist HR activities which will include acting as a business partner to Stakeholders, providing HR Employee Relations advice and guidance, Learning & Development, Redundancy, Payroll and other general HR best practices activities across EMEA.
We are seeking an HR Business Partner with proven EMEA experience from within a similar corporate or financial services or professional services sector background who is at least qualified to CIPD level 5.
So if you possess experience in working with key stakeholders to support them to achieve strategic objectives, are hands-on in relation to advising on employee relations issues as the ER subject matter expert on areas such as employee grievances, employee disciplinaries and performance management then y9ou could be the candidate we are looking for!
In addition, this HR Business Partner vacancy will also offer the opportunity for the successful candidate to support the HR Director for EMEA with a range of complex projects including TUPE and Restructure.
Other responsibilities will include supporting the processing of payroll and employee benefits, acting as an HRIS super user for EMEA and supporting L&D corporate goals.
