HR Administrator working for a Global Financial Services Group.
Supporting the wider Global HR Team across a variety of HR Administration tasks including –
- HR joiners and leavers administration.
- Reviewing and checking right to work and related HR documentation.
- Processing the on boarding procedures.
- Supporting the Payroll and Benefits team with related HR administration and documents.
- Maintaining and updating the HR Systems – Workday.
- Experience of HR Administration within Financial or Professional Services.
- Experience of using the Workday system for HR related duties.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional communications skills.
- Ideally experience of liaising with satellite international HR offices.
