HR Administrator – Contract – 6 months – On Going

Working from Home currently and for the foreseeable – based in Central London longer term.

HR Administrator working for a Global Financial Services Group.

Supporting the wider Global HR Team across a variety of HR Administration tasks including –
  • HR joiners and leavers administration.
  • Reviewing and checking right to work and related HR documentation.
  • Processing the on boarding procedures.
  • Supporting the Payroll and Benefits team with related HR administration and documents.
  • Maintaining and updating the HR Systems – Workday.
Experience –
  • Experience of HR Administration within Financial or Professional Services.
  • Experience of using the Workday system for HR related duties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communications skills.
  • Ideally experience of liaising with satellite international HR offices.
  • HR Administrator working for a Global Financial Services Group.
