£85,000 plus 12.5% bonus
This Global Reward Lead role will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of reward programs globally and the successful candidate will be required to provide expert reward advisory on all aspects of compensation programs, policies and initiatives.
The successful Global Reward Lead will also be responsible for designing, implementing and delivering the reward framework across global regions so this will require someone who is able to align reward strategies with corporate strategies and who can partner with global HRBP
This would suit a Global Reward Lead with previous experience of working within either financial services, software or Fintech space who has proven global reward experience.
